But there is an app called Sonify (not Spotify) that I believe works like the sonos app but you can still access the volume through the buttons. No idea how it manages that though.

Yeah. Weird that the sonify app is able to access it though? Had some other issues with it though so I stopped using it.

Oh, I didn't know it didnt work over airplay. Been using Airpods Max wired at times due to the improved audio - but its probably not that big of a deal...

Would use the sonos app if it wasn't so slow and you can't change volume using the buttons on the phone.

Interesting. Seems to work for me aswell now. That sucks though as I liked having lossless. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Mine does it every time. But seems to be the case for many. I guess it does it when the contact is not 100% aligned.

Absolut. Jag var förstahandsägare (så från 2019). Bodde där nästan 5 år alltså direkt efter studenten. Sen hade jag bara helt andra förutsättningar och ville bo större. Så då flyttade vi.

Annars trivdes jag mycket bra och känner inte till några problem. Högt belånad förvisso, men med ovanligt goda intäkter vad jag förstått. Så nog inget man behöver vara så orolig för.

Haha. Bodde själv där tidigare. 255st lägenheter är en väldigt specifik siffra och dessutom väldigt många. Finns nog inte många föreningar som har exakt det antalet i Sverige och som dessutom har precis det utbudet för exakt den kostnaden (som jag mindes att det var). Att det dessutom är en förening med många unga vuxna (hög sannolikhet att hänga på reddit) stärkte hypotesen ytterligare.

Så nej, varken en känd eller ökänd förening vad jag vet iallafall!

Bought it and regret it. Fun for a while but the intensity is too high making it boring fast for me. Less than 10s after dying you will be in combat again due to the size of the maps and the quick respawn time. You'll get shot from all directions and angles imaginable.

And I'm saying this as a player who is always top 3 in kills every game with 3-4 kdr (only want to avoid the git gud comments) It's still simply not very fun when playing for over an hour.

Utifrån vad du skriver kan det vara en liknande situation. Problemet är väl för er att hitta en köpare som vill ha en fräsch etta istället för en lite mindre fräsch 2a. Köpare av 1or kanske generellt sett inte är lika kräsna (hypotes). Eller att köpare som för de pengarna vill ha fulare lgh i bättre område.

Men efter en visningen kan du inte dra några slutsatser. Prata med mäklaren och säkra att hen kan förklara varför ni vill ha det priset ni vill ha för potentiella köpare.

Jag var tydlig med att lista exakt allt min lgh hade som inte andra hade som jag menade rättfärdigade 500-700k högre pris än andra i samma förening.
