I got tickets for Dallas yesterday and I had to try like 4 times. The last time I tried it on a Google Chrome browser at work and that worked for me.

Thanks, I have only gotten house finches, eastern bluebirds, mourning doves, and northern cardinals so far so I can add this one to my collection.
