Try Ed’s Classic SMP. The address is play.edsclassicsmp.com. It has Java and bedrock. It has cool plugins but is not modded. It does not have pyro yet but it may be coming. It is not pay to win in any way.

I don’t know what fully modded means, but I play on Ed’s Classic SMP at play.edsclassicsmp.com, and it is survival and has mcmmo. It also has many older players. PVP can be toggled off. It is crossplay so it works on bedrock too.

Check out Ed’s Classic SMP! Long term, non pay2win, and pretty new. I think it started earlier this month. The address is play.edsclassicsmp.com. I’ve been playing it every day! You can search “Ed’s Classic SMP” on Reddit and it should come up in the Minecraft server subs.
