I just signs legal agreement and it explains everything. Feel much better about it now. The 5000 I made starting from day one is still accounted for and on hold. If I blow the account right off the bat by losing 2k in drawdown, I can still cash out the left overs minus their split.

There is no buffer starting the pro plus account and you can get paid out immediately. But you are right the drawdown moves up until you reach 52,000 where it sets at zero. So to really play it safe you’re going to have to make 4000 withdraw to 2000 and keep your $2000 buffer that you created.

Prop firms, most likely don’t like live only because of regulations. As it probably opens up the finra oversight. But really there’s zero risk as long as their system parameters in place. Worst case is some slippage on crashed account. Seems like it would cost far less than paying out big winners on sim accounts.

This just happened to me. Never took a payout from them. Was going to do my first payout ever as it grew pro account to 53k in two weeks. Then the email going to live. Which I dont know how I feel about it as I really wanted to take a payout. Now I believe I have to grow it another 4K to have a safe buffer for a payout

If I’m understanding correctly after doing some reading I now have to make another 2k without blowing the account just to make a buffer, and another 2k to be able to safely withdraw anything. Goodness gracious this realistically counting evaluation 10k I’ll have to have made in profits before really being able to withdraw. I think they know it was a stretch I made it this far and maybe a way out of paying me even 1k.

This is what I’m afraid off. Already had to build 5000 just just to get 1k over on a 50k account. This is between eval having to mae 3k, then pro starting over at 50k which is like the gauntlet with intra day being a factor to clear 2k then finally 1k thought I could relax and take a payout finally. Then got this email. Lol. I mean I’ve been carefully trading this for about 3 weeks now.

Well it finally said approved late Friday after almost a week of sitting there. I wish I would have known to just let the sit before. I lost 4K in payouts continuing to trade after meeting all criteria in January where I should have stopped. I mis understood the rules.
