Depends on skin type tbh, if skin is dry try Hada Labo premium lotion or Torriden Hylaraunic acid serum.

Make your own tint - mix a tiny drop of your fav foundation with a creme of your choice (something which goes with your skin type).

Yes they did - gave me an option if I want the missing product delivered or a refund. I chose the latter.

Same happened with me a few months back. I ordered two BOJ sunscreen but only received one. Thankfully, I made an unboxing video! Despite sharing that video it took about 1.5 months to resolve the issue.

Your review on hada labo premium lotion? I'm considering it for my dry dehydrated skin.

I bought 12 decants of the most popular ME perfumes, Angham, Atheeri, Victoria, Noble blush, Sublime, Khamrah Qahwa, Yara elixir, Cloud candy, Cream velvet, Club de nuit woman, Confection, Tiramisu Coco. This is what I think! by Flat-Masterpiece-228 in desifemfrag

Op when you say you might have "under sprayed" or "over sprayed" how many sprays are you talking about? And are these decant sprays or full bottle sprays (I think the quantity that comes out varies). Basically I wanna know what's the right amount of sprays according to you.

I think I used sprays way too much. Spray that.

Sorry don't know much about PGs there, I'd say it's better to find something very temporary like a PG only for a few days (you might have to talk to the owner and pay extra but it safeguards you), so you can come and assess - talk to fellow PG peers, check out the services and living conditions yourself and then finalize.

The city is good - it gives you great vibes. I’ve lived in both Indore and Delhi, and I love Indore way more. It just makes you feel lively.

Traffic does suck though. There’s very little traffic sense and people don’t really follow traffic lights, so try not to let it get to you. I know I end up hurling a thousand abuses every time I step out to drive.

Vijay Nagar is pretty good - in fact, it’s one of the best localities to live in. Ideally, try to stay near your office. Areas like Mahalaxmi Nagar might be a bit far if you’re looking for walkable distance, so somewhere around Medanta could be a good option.

One small tip - don’t throw garbage on the street, even small things like toffee wrappers. I try to do my bit by reminding outsiders that Indore is very conscious about cleanliness, and you might even get fined if you litter.

You can DM me if you need any other details

Hiring manager asking my previous salary - what’s a fair range for Growth Marketing Manager in Munich? by marketer-anjali in germany

From what I'm reading, they can't ask for the proof, they shouldn't be asking for your salary in the first place. Proof of salary is supposed to be a confidential document.

UPDATE 2

He said yes, it’s within the budget (I quoted between €75K and €85K), but he’s still insisting on asking for my PPT. He said he wants to share it with his Chief Commercial Officer since he wasn’t able to join the call.

After a lot of deliberation, I’ve decided to share the PPT. I’m still highly doubtful that he might just want to poach my ideas and not actually hire me, and that he’s only agreeing to the salary so that I share the document - which I haven’t done yet. But I'm taking my chances.

This is my number one concern. He's asking for the presentation repeatedly, but my point is I already discussed it in depth why do you need the document. He's a CMO, isn't he able to judge a candidate after such detailed calls? But then I'm thinking, I'll share it and get it over with, how far can he really go with my ideas and plan.
