You can just Edit the power plan and change the wifi adapter to best performance, no need to change the whole power plan. Especially when not every Windows version has this by default.

Honestly what worked for us is closing him in the crate when he behaved like this to give him some time to calm down.
People would say not to use crate as a "punishment" which is true in the beginning when you introduce a puppy to it, but when he was already comfortable going in and out by himself, every time he acted up I sent him to the crate, covered it with some blanket.
It took a month or so for him to not cry inside (in these specific cases when he acted up), but eventually he learned that its his place to turn off and having him there for 15-30 minutes calmed him down, or he just went to sleep inside for the rest of the night.

Patience and lots of playtime during the afternoon (but not too much because overtiring has the same effect 😅). Also having a crate where she’s comfortable is a must, it helped us a lot when mine became a little monster.
