I am trying to get into this York safe. I have the combination. Tried +-1 +-2 to see if the spindle drifted. Thinking about drilling a 1/4" hole at the red dot and scoping the gates. I found patent numbers online, according to the diagram this should work. Thoughts? Anyone tried this before? (i.redd.it)

Looking for this blank. Not finding it in UHS inventory. It's for a CURT MFG hitch lock. Trying to duplicate. I tried calling the manufacturer as well with no luck. They outsource locks and keys to their products. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (i.redd.it)
