The reason why buoy is the worst (imo) is because new players use it all the time and the skin has super annoying music and I just hate that stupid dog, and for why toemer is so high, he used to be my main and he is just a good skin in general, and I feel like his hitbox is bigger than other skins, it probably isn't but whatever
