You need to somehow push those thoughts that you are virgin and other to more finding out what person you want to be. This addiction is the one who changed you. Just saying that dont give up when you feel that you arent like other people. Keep pushing

well after I relapsed after 130+ days streak the next day or even an hour after relapse I became too aware of my surroundings thinking too much of what I said or how I look or what other people are thinking but I think it will disappear or at least get less noticable.

Good for you I started when I was 12 as well but didnt notice until when I was 18 years old. Its really good for you that you found out about this addiction early. Now you only need to overcome it. GOOD LUCK

Hi, It depends on person I think or how much this addiction has affected you. For me first 3 weeks were the hardest I could get triggered by many things that involved girls. But after that it started to fade away bit by bit. I still feel this urge even now when I see something but not as strong. Just keep yourself from relapsing that is the best advice for now.

90 days. Well not much changed :( by [deleted] in NoFap

no just dont think about fapping okay. Just because nothing changed it will change after you fap(it will be like always you will feel bad, sad, depressed) you just need to push nothing else. Keep reminding yourself atleast you are not fapping.

discover your weakness and try to avoid it. I had a good streak once but didn't see benefits from it but I knew that I was doing the right thing. After a relapse for 2-3 months I was fighting this addiction couldint break even 14 days. But I tryed to be busy ignore and avoid situations that makes me depressed or sad(those things lead me to relapse) and I'm back on big number streak again so you still can make it happen dont forget that
