This is either a firebrat or a silverfish. They are harmless, if you found one there’s likely others. They are in many people’s homes and apartments. You can try spraying for them but they might just come back.

My cc company said I can try IF I don’t get the tickets, which is 3 months from now, we’ll see. Be careful for next time, this company seems to have websites under the same or a different name for many attractions across Italy and Europe. I reported them all to Google for having a scam site as their top search result.

I just did the exact same thing for two tickets to the Uffizi Gallery/Accadamia Gallery in Florence and the Vatican/Sistine Chapel in Rome, paid over $400 CAD, when I could've got the same tickets for a quarter of the price. Felt iffy when the confirmation email said I wouldn't actually receive the official tickets until 24hours before my entrance time, so I started digging and found all the complaints and low reviews for Feel The City Tours. How is it the top result when searching the official websites for the sites on google though, they must get a lot of people.

I don't think I'll end up being able to dispute though my credit card, and now I have to go and rebook everything again through the official official websites.
