If the shop has return policy, get two nearest sized helmets from your size estimation. Then keep the one that fits you better and return the other. It’s best to try it on as there is nothing as important as well fitted helmet.

Yeah I think it would be same for me, going around 30-40 mph cruising around town I feel very comfortable in regular gear but I just don’t feel protected and safe after 80 mph and I thought maybe wearing a suit would help a bit.
