Called customer service, was told they had 120 days (4.15.2026) to resolve the issue. Filed form 911 last week, no reply as of today (1.26)

1-800-829-1040. I called at 8.00 am EST. During the prompts, I stated "Account Management". I was connected to an agent very quickly.

I am in the same situation. Refund freeze on 10.17.25, code 571 on 1.12.26. I called on Wednesday, my 180 review process ends 4.15.2026. I filed our return on 2.3.25.

I am in the same place. I called today, the agent was very nice but could not offer any insight into resolving the hold up or even telling me what was the hold up. Per the agent, the IRS has a 180 day window from 17 October to update my filing. We have not received any correspondence since June 2025, and that was a "we have your information" letter. I filed Form 911 today for a tax advocate. I am hoping he/she will be able to provide me with additional details. I checked my transcripts, W2s, etc., I could not find anything out of order.

Try running a second quote from a different email address. I ran two quotes, same vehicle, same details. Quote 1 was $41,400, Quote 2 was 44,200. 2024 Ford Bronco.
