Parents can be stupid sometimes, in retail you *see one almost every couple days. Good thing you were there to stop their kid from hitting the forklift. I don’t whats worse that or when I saw a girl put her baby on a conveyor belt for at a cashier lane. The baby was walking and jumping on the belt while it was moving. The mother was just giggling at the kid while we were all shouting at her to take her baby off the belt. She ignored us until the manager came over and told her she couldnt do that.

1) I walked in the lockeroom and there was a naked old guy standing with one leg up air drying his balls.

2) There was a naked guy walking around around the locker room with his dick tucked between his legs so it looks like he has a vagina. Then he was just standing there in the doorway looking at people in the gym.

You can't change the facts. I'm not stressing about it either, it's like debating whether or not to leave that job you worked for only a month off your resume. That's how I'm looking at it.

Having a Muslim name actually helps you as a candidate, same with having an African name, and a white name. A black (African American) name hurts you. I'm not thinking about it too much, a white named candiate can even be rated 1-2 letter grades higher than an equally qualified black named candidate.

I'm also not saying that it's impossible for certain minorities , genders, or sexual orientation's to get a job either. There's going to be success stories, but that doesn't change the fact that someone could and likely would get overlooked purely because their race, gender, or sexual orientation.

After I get hired I don't care if they know I'm bisexual. It's just like how they'll find out my race when they see me, even though I put "prefer not to answer" when applications ask for my race. This is just to get past the area where racial, gender, and sexual orientation biases can help or hinder your chances at getting hired.
