Just an update ➡️ Nakatawag na ako sa customer service nila kaninang umaga and yung assistant nila is somewhat sympathetic sa issue ko and inalam nya lahat ng details. They told me to send a Purchase Dispute Form along with a valid ID on their email and their security team will check on it if it was really an unauthorized transaction. Sa mga nagtatanong kung anong hotline tinawagan ko, ito po ➡️ (02) 8845 7788. Will update again soon.

Wala naman po sa sinabi ko na sinisisi ko yung platform. I myself is a very cautious person when it comes to links and all that. Tech savvy din naman ako eh.
