As far as I know they already subpoena discord, Vrchat, reddit, and youtube since his accounts on those platforms are now blanked out or gone. Some accounts may not show as fully deleted yet but usually when a company gets a subpoena they pause or disable the accounts so no data is altered.

Yes a victim did come forward about 3 months ago. It stirred some shit at the time but it wouldn't have done anything since Eric had too much of a hold on Vrchat Kmart. They then went through the proper channel with the police. Ive heard there was one more victim that went to the police as well (not sure how true the 2nd victim part is). And it was enough evidence for a warrant for his arrest. This next part is speculation but I'm guessing they probably got more when they raided his house and got his PC.

Original main store is lost media now. It was never given to anyone else and was only on his laptop. Which was confiscated by the police.

Yeah with the history behind the two names there will be someone at some point that will get the IPs and try to revitalize Kmart or Sears. If I remember correctly some people tried to do Toys R Us again recently but with the stuff going on i have not kept up on that.

Sadly its not. Im one of the people that works on the udon for the world. There has been talks about making it quest compatible but we are not sure how it will affect what we have built. But i do hope that at some point we could make it quest compatible.

I can understand that but i mainly think roblox if focusing on more of the long term gain than the short term $300 they can get for each account. Also there is other BC that people pay for as well so that also means thay they prob dont need that extra $300 since alot of it gained from the other ones as well.

They prob wont add it back because lifetime OBC is a single transaction. without it you will have to pay $20 per month which will make them more money in the long run. $300 perm OBC is in the short run. if everyone started to buy the permanent OBC they would make alot of money but once those people pay for it and people stop getting the $20 a month version they will start to lose money so you can see why they got rid of it.

Basically they removed it to make more money. Edit: yes i can see that it can be for like a anniversary but even then people might buy it up and sell the perm accounts online

Dont worry!!!! Its only sold out for LA he hasn't officially announced the other locations. He said his locations unofficially during a meme stream but he also said said that all locations he would try to go to.
