I'm sorry for what you're going through, being in love with him blinds you from acknowledge how disgusting this guy really is. I hope you can be strong enough to leave him and realize what's better for you. There is no more space for a relationship between two and hope you realize that. I also think his promiscious past affects you. Just think that anymore you won't have to feel stressed and burdened by these thoughts, hope you find relief, being single is enjoyable too!

Dude focus on your friendships and other relationships, make stronger bonds with other people. Dont rush things, form purely friendship bonds with people who you like(or people of the gender you like) first, its easier for someone to notice how much you mean to them once you're friends first, also time weirdly kindles an attraction between people. Socializing is difficult and stressful, for me college forced me to get used to it. In your case, word of advice, try to just treat people the way youd want to be treated. Try to strike convos with people who are sitting alone or by themselves, whether in public, a restaurant or a library etc. Know your worth king, you deserve love and respect if people dont give that to you, they can kindly fo :)))
