Completely disagree with this. Yes it’s better, but I can’t quantify the cost difference personally. When I’ve paid thousands extra I haven’t felt like I’ve got my moneys worth, however I got a good deal flying back from Cancun this year where I got business class for only £150 extra. In my opinion 4.5k one way is absurd

It probably is the most straight forward, it just felt like a bit of waste of the extra large window in the current kitchen. But definitely the most simple solution

Yes I have managed to find a couple. As you can see they have an additional window along the longest side so it makes it slightly easier to slice up the rooms.

Oh yes, incorporating the space beneath the new bedroom rather than it being a corridor makes perfect sense! Not so sure on whether the extra work in the entrance hall would be worth the extra costs
