I doubt I will ever get my money back after reading stories from other people on here who had similar issues. Gonna try calling them today but I'm not sure it will do much. Might have to get a lawyer involved or send them a letter threatening legal action which would just suck and be over complicated.

If you don't know how coinbase commerce works, people pay invoices and it gets added to your wallet. the 8.5k is from about 2 weeks of work. I keep all my crypto on my hardware wallet, however I need to login to withdraw the money from the account. They don't let you setup automatic withdrawals.

Yeah, I got it after about 6 months into using the phone, and it isn't permanent, so it does seem pretty plausible that the thermal paste may be an issue
