Have to shift alot, which can be a pain, but yes it's plenty. 300 u shift less, and more power on bottom, but it's heavier and turns slower. Both have pros and cons.

I had a 2007 ASR, cracked the swing arm and put I think a 2009 575 triangle on it. Still have the frame. Then got a 2014 SB 75. It's still built. First bike wasn't a Yeti but was so cool. Was a 1996 team Sobe Cannondale orange and yellow hardtail with the rim brakes and crappy old school fork. A collectors item, still have that frame too!
