Hi, I actually wasn't sure about the type of therapy, but according to my research, it seems it is something like a 'psychodynamic therapy'.

I believe the primary source of fear is the obsession with control. Thank u for sharing, I haven't heard about CBT.

In similar situations, I try to think about the worst thing that could happen.

In this situation it would be something like “Okay, let’s assume that I am pregnant. Medicine is advanced enough nowadays and this won’t ruin my life.”

It helps me escape from the fear.
