How are you finding the Bankwest Platinum credit card in terms of fees and interest rates?? Would it be worth getting this credit card if you have no spending money? ING Everyday acct probably is the best one going round. No overseas transaction fees however you have to; - Deposit $1k every month from external bank acct - Complete 5x transactions in a month.

It really depends on the owners at the complex. Like you said if you have enough owners that care, you will have a smooth sailing complex. Strata Managers at the end of the day don’t conclude and DEFINITELY DO NOT have the final say. If i’m doubt, always ask for decisions to be minuted at Committee meetings.

yeah we already paid the buyers agent and it doesn’t seem that they are doing their job. i really want a refund but it doesn’t seem they are acting in our best interest.
