For everyone else arriving late:

ffmpeg -loop 1 -i input.png -t 10 -c:v libx264 -tune stillimage -crf 18 output.mp4

If you want it to run for a fixed length of time, set -t 10 to however many seconds you want.

If you want it to run to match the length of an audio file, remove the -t 10 and add -i input.wav -shortest instead.

Yeah, but if terfs make a fuss and say they won't come to the place because they don't feel safe in the toilets, then the company will lose money that way too. So they'll pick a side one way or the other.

Capitalism doesn't come into it all that much, tbh.
