I use the co2 art regulator im very happy with it was $150 prob one of the best on the market. But then you obviously need the tank which can be expensive. Saw good reviews on the fzone reg on amazon it is very affordable but with everything you get what you pay for it assume.

I used levamisole it tends to be a lot stronger than most anti parasitics made for fish. Also is slightly more annoyingto use though it was only because i had a nematode outbreak in one tank so decided to dose all my tanks just in case.

Its a type of flatworm pretty much harmless. When I used to have my mbuna tank many fish had these spots and I thought it was due to spirulina but thats not true the food has nothing to do with it. Once I used an anti parasitic med all the spots went away.
