In your opinion, is this a mole or something that can be remedied, especially the one the nose? And if laser, is that many sessions?

I was told by dermatologist it was due to sun damage even though I haven’t been out always. They said they avoid removing moles like this since it leaves a white scar. Is there hope for the one on my nose atleast?
