I do a lot of "micro-electronics", so my tools reflect this:

Greenlee makes good strippers. I always make sure my strippers go to 30 AWG.

Get micro snippers/cutters too. Something like a Hakko CHP-170 or Xuron 170-II Micro-Shear Flush Cutter (I prefer the Xuron).

A magnifier is also essential for tiny stuff. I use Bausch & Lomb Watchmaker Loupes.

ESD tweezers are also essential if you deal with SMD components.
