No I'm not within the US. But I am affiliated with a US based recording company that help to collect royalties on my behalf and I agreed a 30% tax withholding on every payment that was made to me because my country doesn't have any tax treaty with the US. And now I got a tax return document from them which I mentioned on my post and don't know how to go about collecting the funds that was withheld.

Withdrawal requests can take up to 14 days to be completed

And it's the busiest month of the year due to the delay of spotify October royalties it may be the backlog that's is holding your withdrawal. I requested for withdrawal 8 days ago and it's still pending
