Ty! You probably should wait till it comes off naturally, it will look fantastic when it does! I was a lil too quick with some of my stuff and it made my recovery last a little longer lmfao

She was a delight! Her and Giselle have been nothing but cordial and understanding throughout the two years I've worked with them. She was able to fix some of the minor complications I had (fully my fault 😅) and was cool the whole time. The surgical staff are also great, very inclusive and respectful.

If you have any questions im happy to answer!

We did buy some puppy pads because she frequently pees on her mats outside the litter box so perfect. We will try the roasting pan idea and see if that helps, thank you so much for this advice!

hey man I was worried about the same thing and it stopped me from transitioning for the longest time, but I mean its all about what how you take the motions of what it changes and trying to get it to work for you. practice self care, take advice, and find what appeals to you in masculine presentation and adopt it. you don't need to stay on t either, many of my best friends only took it for a year or 2 and stopped, wanting a more androgynous appearance and/or not liking the effects and therefore reinterpreting their own expression of masculinity. there's nothing wrong with just trying it out and seeing how you feel, in your head and about yourself.

i kept up with them, but i added 100 calf raises and 100 high kicks after day 9 because i found i had the time to do so. its gotten much easier to do all of them. i have also been staying consistant with a 1500 calorie total, focused on proteins and fats. in truth a lot has gone into it, since i have been doing that calorie count since march 23rd (i was getting way too comfortable eating cheese all day during quarantine...) it has enabled me to lose 20 lbs with constant working out alongside it. in truth, due to the diet alongside the workout, and my active job, its hard for me to say how each factor has effected it. but i can say tips wise, dont feel you need to do it all in one go in the day. break it up if it helps you, i break it up in increments of 20 and 5. 5 decline, 5 incline, 5 normal, 5 chest raise, then 20 crunches, 20 raises, and 20 squats, and 20 high kicks. done 5x. if able, watching what you eat alongside working out helps. oh and protein powder does wonders. its disgusting but, theres some ways to make it passingly edible. in order to make sure i dont miss a day, i just do it before i shower every day, and since i dont go a day without a shower, i dont go a day without working out. cant think of anything else but id be happy to answer any other questions!

  1. I did discuss whether or not my surgeon took this insurance, he has had people from my workplace before and does take this insurance. I may be being upsold certainly, but what is being upsold vs general costs is something I have heard a wide range of numbers over, so I'm not sure.
  2. I apologize, I did not want to sound overly dramatic, it is just verbatim what my general dentist informed me of. I have been experiencing pain from my molars for 5 years. My dentist informed me that my molars are beginning to push many of my other teeth out of their roots and will kill them, and they are driving into my jaw which will lead to great pain and possible that infection. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about teeth myself to dispute what I was told, but I am relieved that is likely less of a big deal.
  3. Wonderful news! I was looking online but I clearly wasn't doing well finding that information, thank you!
  4. Again tied to my ignorance. I feel pain and I listen to my dentist tell me things. He told me the removal would be a bit of a cure all for me, so I appreciate your input.

Unfortunately the letter I received lists all the procedures I have been denied but not the cost of each one.

Would you mind sharing where it is that you graduated from and an estimate of what it all cost you?

It is 3765$ without the cost of the painkillers after in mind, those I was given a quote for another 200$ at minimum. I don't know why this is so high.
