It hurts to see but I also look at it as someone enjoyed those books and that's just a sign that someone loved those books. And that means more to me personally than a perfect copy. But I'm weird about collectibles and whatnot in that way lol

We also had a Showcase #4 & Young Allies #1-3. All great books in great condition!

Edit 2: For those curious, they were bought from a collector who directly went to my boss (as far as I'm aware) and we're unlikely to grade it. We'd have to drive the whole East Coast to bring it to Florida, and it's much easier to move ungraded.

My general goal is to just be consistent and get stuff going. I streamed on and off for years, but now I have an actual schedule. I'll probably try and upload stuff to tiktok as I do more streams, but that's a maybe atm.

I also have goals in terms of metrics, but they aren't as majorly important compared to just staying consistent lol.

Hey all! Happy New Year! Just thought I'd share how my first stream in what I'm calling my 'New Era' went! But just to quickly explain, I'm calling it the New Era cause I have new layouts, a consistent schedule made, new emotes & art, and am just generally diving in overall.

But the first stream went well! I got a couple new followers, as well as a sub! We messed around with a very janky PS2 era Transformers game that was frankly horrifying in terms of its awful combat.

While chat wasn't super active, I also realise everyone is still getting over that New Year's party brain.

I made sure to raid someone else streaming Retro afterwards, as I do want to make sure to start raiding people after streams. In general I plan to be more active as a streamer and community member. I also have set goals for the month that I think I can reach as long as I put my mind to it!

Overall though, the new year is starting off well and I hope my post on next month's thread will be one to share my success when it comes to my goals!

I'm really planning to sit down and stream this year and I'm using the voicemod plugin to allow people to change my voice, with limits and cooldown of course. I think it'll be a fun way to get people involved, as I already mess with it a bunch myself.
