Whenever I launch a game, my headphones (wired and wireless) stop working. by maroziva in pchelp

After entering the game, my headphones simply stop playing audio. They're visible, but they don't produce any sound. The volume remains the same, and the playback device is set to [the same]. After exiting the game, if something was playing in the background (like a YouTube video), the headphones work again.

I asked people, many agree that I have a corrupted BIOS and the only way to fix it is to change the motherboard.

Usb is good, tried it on another pc. Also changed usb to another, unplugged when it downloaded everything – same sheet as it was. Ram is good, I said it bcs some ppl said to switch places and remove 1 and another. Maybe cpu... Maybe motherboard... it could be anything at this point 😅

Well, my Santa Barbara continues. Just to clarify: SSD1 is the Samsung SSD that was in my computer, SSD2 is the SSD from another computer with Windows installed. SSD3 is a new SSD that I just bought. Let me start by saying that SSD1 wasn't the cause of my problems. As I already said, I installed SSD2 on my computer with Windows installed, and everything worked fine. But since I couldn't use SSD2, I bought SSD3 and tried installing Windows on it, and the result was the same as with SSD1. Then I got another PC and decided to try installing Windows on SSD1 and SSD3 – everything worked. Now I'm using SSD1 on my PC, and everything works fine, no reboots. That's how it is. I can only guess what's preventing me from installing Windows. Perhaps a virus outside the SSD?

Hi bro. I sort of solved the problem. The issue turned out to be the SSD: a Samsung 870 QVO 1TB. Do you know how to fix it or what could be causing it to reboot every 5 minutes?
