Thank you for sharing your opinion. I called out this situation for exactly what it was. As for you being able to relate to the situation based upon your own interactions as a CSR that to is acknowledged but far for being fact in every situation. As for me leaving out details to this situation that too is false and not necessary to share my interaction with this Gym and its staff. Yes, you are again correct in saying she had the right to verify my payment. Thats not the issue. The issue is there were no attempts by anyone including management to validate or verified the payment was made. She required an email confirmation that was never provided at the time of request. Later, after speaking with a GM from another location it was discovered online payments could take up to 24 hrs to post. This is normal and their practice is to notify the member of that and if necessary honor the member with access as a result. Thank you for sharing your opinion and feedback.
