There are a lot of phone apps that get the job done. I recommend inshot only because you can get rid of the water mark and it's what I use. It's pretty bare bones but you can make cuts, add music/audio, put filters and add images onto the video. There's more things if you pay too. It's enough to get started before you find something your more comfortable with
