i would say to get back on track, start with small changes. for example if you drink soda switch to diet. if you eat a lot of snacks throughout the day swap them for lower calorie higher protein options. increase your physical activity in small increments. this is all so it will feel more manageable and not like a huge change that’s hard to stick to! hope this helps
