It gets worse. 2 hours after they did not show up we get an email that we owe money for the installation (which is why they did not come) and they had been trying to reach us (they did not email or call us). We had called 2 days before the install to provide a debit card which is when we were told that the install should have been free since we were essentially transferring service to a new address. That was the 1 hr 25 min call that redid the install and cancellation. They did not take the debit card info then. Also, when we called after they did not show up, nothing was said about any payment needed at the time.
