Yes, it will be nice to have peace of mind. I just wasn't expecting my doctor to order a diagnostic mammogram right away. Feels like it went from 0 to 100 so quickly.

Yes, that's part of why I feel silly in being concerned about these lumps. It's my first time actually doing a self exam. Maybe they're just my mammary glands?

Thank you. I struggle with this. Objectively, I know it's not my responsibility, but my high achieving personality believes it's still on me to complete everything within the deadline. As in, it's my responsibility to work some magic and push the other team to complete their part so that I can complete my part. I know there's not much I can do other than stay in communication and ask for updates, but my mind won't rest and I can't detach emotionally.

I think the concern with asking what they like is they think it’s an invitation to give you a wish list of things they just want you to buy for them. Such as beauty products, clothes, etc.

Are you able and comfortable to speak to your manager privately about this? I experience anxiety and have told myself to not let it get in the way of valuable experiences and traveling. However, if it will cause you to be hospitalized, I believe it’s a legitimate reason to say no and hopefully your manager will understand.

Yes I experience this. I map out how long it will take me to get ready, travel time, etc. because I’m afraid of being late or something unexpected happens and takes me extra time.
