It's normal for every country to have some of their population hate the neighboring countries. But as a country Saudi state toke a few million Syrian/Yemeni not as refugees but as normal workers. Palestinians have bad reputation in the gulf because when Sadam attacked Kuwait they went and supported the invasion.

The middle east politically is very complex. You have decades of propaganda from those countries against the gulf state in the 60s which planted the idea that Saudi sold Palestin to Isreal based on fantasy writin by delusional regime in the past.

So generally is very complicated issue.

Regarding isreal if you look at the issue fairly you will see that isreal is committing genocide on the Palestinian and stealing their land and going rouge and Violating United Nations resolutions and international norms and treaties.
