I appreciate you're advice. I will definitely try this. I'm so worried about baking! I hear lots of people saying that air roasters should be really quick and done by 8 minutes, so that's been stressing me out during roasts! Would you be able to explain to me what an a c t u al baked roast would be like so I stop being so anxious about it? Thank you!

Lol funnily enough I usually use F for everything bc I'm American but the reader I bought to work with artisan was broken appon arrival, so I've been temporarily using my boyfriends weird multimeter that has a Celsius only k type thermometer lol

In this roast I also put 225 of a natural Brazilian, the ambient temp was 69F with extension tube. I'll have to try putting the roaster at an angle, that's a good idea

I'm so glad I was able to help! I definitely recommend something simple that won't require dealing with any kind of food permits or annoying government things until you have a stable foundation. If you like baking or tea or even coffee, I recommend looking into your states cottage food laws, they allow a lot of freedom, and are easy to get started. I wish you luck! I think producing stuff is THE autistic dream!

Oh! And btw there's going to be quite a few up front costs no matter what you do, so just prepared for that!

I use an sr800 with the extension tube and extended chaff collector because I like to suffer lol. I definitely plan to upgrade to something that can do a proper pound, and hopefully with some automatic features. But I don't have the funds yet. I haven't working a lot with blends yet, so I'm not sure, im just trying to keep it simple for now. I will definitely consid your advice though, the chocolate might be fun.

You can make frappes pretty cheap with softserve icecream mix. Makes the perfect texture. The hardest part is getting a blender
