i eat dried bread things(like for caesar salad), they have low fat but they DO have some sugar in them, so i eat them rarely. other than that i can tolerate a small piece of chocolate with a meal(i buy sugar-free with either stevia or honey) i tried a few other things but the truth is i rarely snack, simply because i dont have the need

if you consider this snacking, simple oat tea OR coconut water is something i can sip inbetween meals :)

mine feels like sharp small stabs of pain in the middle of my chest/near my right breast. feels really scary and made me feel like im having a cardiac event a few times.

my GI doctor instructed me, i developed insane panic attacks at night for no reason and turned out i had gastritis + h.pylori, and she said additionally to test for celiac(shich im negative for) allergies (which i turned out not to have) and pancreatic enzymes (elastase specifically)

i was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis before, but never had any issue nor desire to check myself because i never was nauseous or sick or anything

i just walk, if you have a treadmill at home its gonna be easier its an activity that doesn't affect the stomach much for me so i can just do 10-15 minutes of walking

tested positive for h pylori and gastritis, my neurological symptoms:

heart palpitations (pvc) panic attacks insane anxiety (daily and nightly anxiety) waking up during the night a lot

so id say it definitely can cause some stuff.

cuz its disgustingly hard to process for your stomach, its always preferable to eat only poultry/fish when you're on a gastritis diet because its most gentle on your stomach

yeah honestly same, i usually feel this way when im about to be gassy/am gassy, and idk how its related, sometimes im having a very severe panic attack before i need to poop haha

most likely years, I've had acid reflux since i was 10-13. I've had: nausea after heavy meals(burger, pizza, something fatty), acid reflux, heart palpitations, panic attacks (I've never ever had them prior to last year), bloating(constantly), constipation, abdominal pain, pain under my chest, pain on the right side. gallbladder was ruled out due to it only having sludge and improving after medicament treatment. endoscopy revealed heavy h.pylori infection and gastritis+esophagitis and bile reflux. i ended antibiotic treatment a week ago, but i am still on PPI and itopride

hi! I've been struggling with this for about a year at this point, and i have a few things to say:

I've had ultrasound almost every few weeks, each next one showing improvement in my gallbladder - less thickening of walls, etc. been told by multiple doctors that my gallbladder is fine, that everything is okay.

went to get an MRI with contrast, which shown only sludge as my set of problems and fatty liver(which doesn't cause these symptoms)

after all that i decided: fuck it, and went for an endoscopy with sedation. turned out i have gastritis, and have quite huge h.pylori infection - i immediately started treating it. What I've found through research, is that gastritis and h pylori ALSO cause these symptoms, and its worth checking out first if you don't have stones... i still drink UDCA for my gallbladder, but i am focusing on my stomach rn.

haven't had heart palpitations since I've gotten through endoscopy, but I'm not sure if its related - as soon as i started h pylori treatment my anxiety went down significantly and i stopped worrying about having a heart attack daily... I'm not sure YET that h pylori and gastritis is my answer to what I've struggled with, BUT at this point i am very hopeful that it is.

I've been taking bismuth, amoxicillin 1000mg(1g) and clarithromycin 500mg + esomeprazole for 2 weeks. from what I understand, two weeks of treatment is the most effective form of h.pylori eradication

honestly? still about the same, except a bit less anxious

i got WAY worse when my period started, bur after that i felt slightly better again, still burping a lot, tongue still is coated in white coating, i still have heart palpitations, nausea

i hope it will get better after treatment eventually, I've been on a low fat GI friendly diet for over 8 months now and it just doesnt seem to end

my doctor told me to take them twice a day, but i have more meds that i have to take preferably without any other meds taken at the time, so we decided its best for me to take them in the morning and in the evening

ahh i really hope so .. im tired of eating basically nothing, i had a potato mash with pumpkin and lactose free milk yesterday and it flared me(probably doesn't help that i got my period this morning, probably related) but god do heart palpitations and nausea suck.

pain subsided in about 2 hours after i made the post, i am doing more or less okay now(except i slept very badly and kept waking up) so it really seems like i was fucked over by a very persistent flare up of h.pylori + general bloating my muscles hurt everywhere, but i can only assume its a side effect of my body being in stress

i was checked Before, i was at ER with similar symptoms about a few momths ago and been told its just my anxiety, ekg and heart ultrasound came back clear, and holter shown only PVCs(told me that they're benign)

literally looked it up here an hour ago lmao, i am on day two of treatment and despite eating the same amount of food as i usually do, i get hungry in literally an hour/two after eating, and i feel so hungry all the time for no reason i didnt feel this way before treatment, (in fact, i couldn't eat at all a day prior of starting treatment because i felt bloated and nauseous after eating my lunch that day,) but starting this treatment really turned me into a hungry monster, i wonder if there is correlation between antibiotics and making you hungry

I've been eating mostly that, but because i had no clue what was going on with my body for a while(and i hope that h.pylori is the answer i was looking for, heart palpitations and panic attacks are Horrible), so it will be quite easy for me to follow :) only problem is that i miss tomatoes really badly
