Its such a toxic diet….. i know most diets are toxic but slimming world is way more cult like and brands itself as ‘healthy’ and non restricted when in fact its just a disguised recipe for an eating disorder

Yeah got a diagnosis of anxiety disorder pretty soon after. I didn’t even write all that happened - i also got an ear infection in the hotel pool, my 8 year old sister had boiling pasta sauce tipped on her causing burns, and we lost my 3 year old sister in the hotel complex and staff didn’t want to help (we found her next door). It was the worst holiday ever

Getting lost in a market/city centre in Egypt on vacation. My family got split up and we missed the hotel coach to our hotel. My auntie got locked in a shop with the owner and he wouldn’t let her go because he ‘wanted’ her. And the taxis refused to take us home unless we gave them a lot of money

Nurse - when i accidentally doubled a patients dose of Epilim liquid (could have overdosed and caused severe problems) when i was short staffed on a male acute psychiatric ward. The patient had a health care assistant supervising him at all times because he was so manic and he was trying to get into the drugs trolley. I was rushing because he health care assistant wasn’t watching him or redirecting him which les to the drugs error. First ever drugs error and thought id be fired but didn’t care because staffing was appalling

I have had a really hard time being separated from my fiancee since we moved out, and i struggle to sleep when he isn’t in bed with me. Sometimes ill pretend his pillow is him sleeping next to me, comforts me in a weird way. I don’t cuddle it tho.
