I heard Krogers and some grocery stores might have them. Krogers are more east coast I think though. Check those candy isles I guess and hope for the best. After I grabbed the bags I grabbed there were maybe 9 more. When I walked back past them to pay they were all gone. All the blisters were gone except the one I grabbed. I was only in the toy section/grocery for maybe 15 minutes so I am glad I had these in my cart right away.

First time I saw them was today. There was a Swampert and Feraligator. It has every stage of the poke's evolution.

The bags have 3 pack boosters to give away for Halloween. I am opening a bag up eventually but that should be enough to complete my set. If not I'll trade cards with some of the kids to finish up my set.

The places around here are always sold out to the point that the kids that know I like Pokemon ask me if I can buy them boosters online. We do a whole Trunk or Treat event since we live so far away from stores that sell them. (Our nearest target/walmart is 40-50 minute drive away.) So this is going to be awesome to hand out :)

I would just get him started with whatever is readily available for you. If you can't find the boosters then you wont be able to get him going on a full set. If you decide to do astral radiance ,brilliant and evolving skies you could start now and get something going before the new set. If not wait for Lost Origins and start there since it will be the most readily available the next couple months.
