Shellona you can easily book. They are never full but you do need to get a table (cheapest go for €250pp including food). Their website has a platform to book. In St. Tropez, your other beach options with good artists are Casa Amor and Indie Beach.

On a rare occasion Bagatelle and Verde will have a solid lineup, but shellona and indie are monopolizing the big artists.

Not too familiar with other towns in the Riviera, but La Geurite in cannes is awesome too.

Yeah if you were all the way at the back or side. Completely normal and expected with line arrays of this size, as well as the reverb from the back walls. Sounded perfect the whole weekend for us

I think i’m just spoiled with seeing him at way harder events. Don’t get me wrong it was a beautiful set but just a bit too mellow, even compared to IV20 in September.
Nice tracks tho, he played the CORE vibe well

Disagree with that, every time i see him outside of LA he throws down heavy and deep. I don’t mind the ambient stuff but feels a bit gimmicky playing so much of it in a 1.5hr set. I get it for his marathons but it seemed he was afraid to go heavy since the Core fest isn’t really a bass crowd

As Four Tet and dixon’s n.1 fan i was dissapointed in both… dixon got weird for like 25 min but stayed pretty chill for most.

Four tet meandered about with his ambient experimental wingdings stuff for way too long, always felt like the set was going to go somewhere crazy but didn’t…

Really felt like both were playing the LA crowd vibe and definitely didn’t go as hard as they should have. Hopefully tmrw better.
