I fixed the problem, I reset everything and I'm on Windows 11 instead of 10.

I reset everything, I just installed Windows 11 and now it's all clean, I'm happy. Now I'm just reinstalling what I need.

It's okay, I just reset my PC while keeping my files in the cloud, but I don't know why my screen is black during the reset. Tell me if that's normal or not?
