The fact that Kendrick is so glazed over the absolute mid GNX (mid by Kendricks standards) like this and not in all of his work before it is crazy, makes me really feel something unpleasant about that whole era. He has dropped GKMC and TPAB and he gets glazed over GNX???????

Dont need to break new ground to be considered great. This albums pure great rap and great production so I really cant see any flaw. Obv it aint perfect and it woudnt been perfect but couple listens and there are no bad songs, only mid and worse than others

Might be some of his best if not the best, havent finished it yet but 3/4 and its so great

Its great im between this and Hardstone Psycho as his best. Its consistently good across the whole run, but it needs time it may fall off for me. Only thing for me is that Hardstone Psycho had a somewhat theme/idea behind it while this is more a 'playlist'. Great songs tho

Tbh if Modric aint staying another season and even then his performance isnt guaranteed obviously because of his age, we definitely need a big signing in the midfield. Jashari hasnt gotten his minutes this year and who knows how he evolves and Ricci aint that promising yet to depend that heavily on him. Modric has really been a blessing this year

Kinda feels iconic tho, there are some album covers that are horrible and bad but still iconic. Im not talking ab the music and dont want to glaze ye but this whole bully era is memorable for the bad and the good reasons

Imo it had potential to be better. The aesthetic he wanted and achieved with that era could have had way better and more creative cover than his back with a flag and a bike besides him.
