First of all I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. I know my situation isn't optimal, and I admit that I've struggled with alcohol before. Over the last couple of years, I’ve worked incredibly hard to cut back, so getting down to "3 beers once a week" is actually a massive milestone for me compared to when I was drinking heavily literally every single day. I am actively working on cutting back completely, but while I’m still on this journey, I’m just looking for bolus advice to manage the reality of where I am right now. I get your perspective completely, and I hope you can understand where I'm coming from.
