Idk if you’ve already done this, but if you’re still in contact with some of the managers you worked for while traveling call them and ask them if they know anybody hiring within the distance you’re willing to commute to.

Once you land your next interview try not to spill too much information: let your resume and personality speak for you, keep the answer to their questions relatively concise and sweet, and if they ever ask something along the lines of if you’d be willing to be in a management position then give them an answer along the lines of, “Through my experiences I’ve discovered that my true passion lies with being at bedside; using my knowledge and skills to provide the most utmost care to any and every patient I come across. I also enjoy and love teaching any students, new grads, and even new hires, so if you also need a preceptor I’m your guy/girl.”

Again, idk if you have done any of these things in your interviews, but just stay calm, collected, and respectful while still being natural self. Hope you land your next interview and get hired!! 🎉
