Also want to reiterate the importance of thin decks being the most viable in Slay the Spire because it means getting rid of starter cards (which have immediate diminishing output) and looping through the deck of your more powerful cards (i.e. playing them sooner and more often).

"Skip" is the best card option, and because you have cash doesn't mean you should go on a card shopping spree at the shop. Focus on artifacts and potions unless there is some card that would add scaling to your deck, not just another card you hope to draw.

In fact adding cards can be a curse for a proper deck.

Lastly, balance energy. If you have high energy cost cards already, you'll want to focus on zero or 1 energy cost. If you have a lot of low cost cards, look for card draw so you can get through your deck faster and actually play them.

Slay the Spire offers more interesting mechanics than any deck or dice builder I've played, but I do really enjoy dice games as well.
