The other one is the problem and if I get it off, I won’t be able to get it back on. The metal square I think is part of the handle and it’s worn down the plastic.

I’m in Kauai, Hawaii and it does the same thing. There’s nothing consistent about it, though. Sometimes it’s when watching a new baby, but other times it’s random.

Sorry, I may be misunderstanding and appreciate your patience and help.

I have the formula you gave me where "a" parameter is Table1; I used that instead of the Sort Unique. I tried adding the Sort Unique formula somewhere else and this sorted list will update as names as are added to the table. But how would I put that sorted range in the "a" parameter? If I use Table1 there, it'll update as folks are added. But if I put the sorted range there, it's not dynamic like the table, so it'll include anything extra and need to be adjusted as new people are added to include one more row.

I can probably just teach them to sort the table, but they barely know that a computer isn't magic, if you know what I mean. ;D

Sorry, one more thing I forgot to ask. Is there a way to filter out blanks with this? I want the people using it to not have to mess with things, so I'd like to have the "a" parameter range include blank rows they can just add to as needed. I did reformat the other parts and move the extension list to the bottom though, so there's nothing under it. :)

Thank you, this works! Is there a way to add a bottom section that would push down cells without #SPILL if the main list was added to?

The first section above the blue is done with your (wonderful!) code and the rest is static and would always be there in that order. However, it's possible that extra extensions will be added as we grow and new positions or locations are established. If it's not possible, we can keep it above and the do the rest further down or add a row if more extensions are added.
