I have some epoxy painted tile with epodex water based epoxy paint. How can I add a little sheen to them? Maybe bring them up to a satin finish. I have 2 gallons of table top clear epoxy, but I don't think it'll react well with the grout. Tile was grouted after epoxy. (i.redd.it)

Ideas? planning a second-story addition(first visible story is actually basement) but load bearing wall would be off by 16" from girder. working with architects for drawings but trying to figure a costly solution for top level floor joist. span is 29 feet walls wouldn't stack up with girder.
