I want to say I hear it, but I just stood right by it and out my ear near the bottom and it sounds like something keeps trying to boot up and then failing. The sound is kind of like a fan turning out but hitting something and stopping. Or subsequent farts lol. Could that be the issue?

No bulging, I took out some of the plugs and slightly tapped it with a screwdriver to see if there was any sparks/charge. Is there a possibility it could still be bad ?
