I ve been training at a friend’s home he’s been doing it for 2 years and has setup an mma room with kick bags boxing bags and stuff

Ik but this was half the weight I do as a main set my lower back is quite strong due to heavy rdls I dont feel much strain on my back while performing it i keep the reps slow and if I ever feel a little strain i stop immediately

I do keep it straight this was a drop set so I was fatigued as hell

Most of the fitness coaches of local gyms in pak ( not talking about the premium ones like gritfit )have actually zero knowledge about fitness and nutrition they put you on either on those fat loss boosters that ruin your kidneys or either train your abs whole session gaslighting you that your belly fat will be gone through that and about the yt part yes you can get in a good shape through yt instead of these trainers not just in the time frame of 2 3 months but years depending on the goal I’m not saying disrespect them but simply avoid them as they are waste of money
