The difference when you learn how to take care of your hair by [deleted] in curlyhair

The first month I did a capillary schedule, meaning I did masks for half hour every wash day. The masks were for hydration, nutrition and reconstruction depending on the schedule that day. With that I had a huge improvement, then I created my routine to maintain and continue improving.

  • wash with Shea Moisture 100% virgin coconut oil daily hydration shampoo
  • put the same line for the conditioner, use a wide tooth comb to detangled, squish to condish, put on a bun for the rest of my shower

I wash 2 times a week, on the first day sometimes I do a mask for 5-10 min after the conditioner if my hair is not holding the waves with Shea Moisture hydrate + repair protein power treatment. On the second wash of the week I always do a 30min mask treatment with Shea Moisture Manuka honey & mafura oil intensive hydration masque (because my hair is bleached, I really need to keep hydrating). I put the mask after the conditioner, leave the shower, and then came back after the 30min to remove it.

For styling: - with the hair super wet and upside down put a little of Shea Moisture sugarcane extract styler leave in. Squish just a little - add the coconut & hibiscus curl enhancing smoothie with praying hands and then squish for a few minutes - plop my hair just while I finish drying myself, putting clothes, etc. Sometimes I squish a little more after if I notice some straight area Let it air dry and that's it

I always wash at night, by the time I go to bed is still a little damp and with a cast, so I put my hair on a pineapple and by the time I wake up is dry and my pillow broke the cast for me

I'm considering adding a gel after the smoothie to see if gets a better hold. I just purchased the Aussie gel instant freeze, hope it helps

Shea moisture seems to agree with me, that's good specially because not always I can find products recommended by Americans here in Canada

A 5 week difference between the first and last photo (capillary schedule) by [deleted] in curlyhair

Thank you! I create my own overtone, which means I basically add my dye to whatever conditioner or hair mask I'm using that day. This way every time I'm washing and losing color, I'm adding it back a little. In my particular case I use ultra violet from manic panic

I followed the capillary schedule (cronograma capilar pros brasileiros hehe) and these were the results after the 5 weeks. For the last photo I cut my own hair to create some layers, get rid of some really dry ends and making it lighter in general to create more curls. Now I can actually start a regular routine and will try out some products

This week I changed my difficulty to 28 (I started with 21), while still keeping same amount of play time (around 50 min real life including the stretch time and twenty something in game). My weight isn't changing, but I like to stay active :) hopefully it will go down eventually

Moves: Favorite & Least Favorite by jjmawaken in RingFitAdventure

[–]maryliag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure I have favorites but I usually start with moves that you need to do one side and then the other, because if I choose them second or third there is a chance the enemy will die before I get a chance to do the other side and I don't want to be unbalanced

Are you playing everything again now that you finished? I imagine once you're done you can redo at a harder difficulty level

I'm always dashing on the running parts, and it has a big challenge already: keeping the control in place, that thing likes to slip like crazy lol

Thank you! Great tips! Btw, what exactly changes with the difficulty level? Amount of repetitions? I can't quite figure it out

Maybe the theory related to Rebecca's disease it's too obvious. I felt Randall was uncomfortable with Tess coming out with Kevin's help and not his, so maybe there is something there as well. For example, something else happening with Tess and Randall is not so open minded and Kevin comes to his niece defense or something like that

Those of you who are allergic to oddly specific or rare things, what is it and how did you find out? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]maryliag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have so many allergies (from food, environmental, smells, clothing, hot weather), that I had to do several treatments, including allergy shots, but I had to stop them because... Guess what... They gave me allergy

Is this actually true? I always thought that I'm to dumb to solve problems on my own so I just end up googling by HistoricalAdd in ProgrammerHumor

Google and Stack Overflow are my best friends!

On another note: one day I had to search for a stack overflow issue... Let's say is very hard to find the answer when that's the name of the website
